Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy... This policy sets out the conditions for cancellation and refund of Lana Ireland's Service Fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time of the session may be charged a Cancellation Fee (an amount equal to 100% of the Service Fee). To avoid penalties, notice of cancellation must be provided by telephone call or text to 0402 485 550; or email lana@lanaireland.com at least 24 hours before the session. Service Fees are non-refundable once a session is complete.
